Dr. Sam Kernion
CEO
Dr. Samuel J. Kernion is the CEO of CorePower Magnetics, holding a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. He has extensive experience in R&D and operations, particularly in soft magnetic alloys, leading significant projects and managing large teams. Dr. Kernion holds nine patents and has authored over 25 peer-reviewed articles on magnetics and specialty alloys.
Dr. Paul Ohodnicki, Jr.
CTO
Dr. Paul R. Ohodnicki Jr. is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of CorePower Magnetics and an Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and has over 15 years of experience in magnetic materials and components. Dr. Ohodnicki holds more than 30 patent applications and has authored over 150 publications.
